I. WATER BASED FIRE FIGHING SYSTEMS
A. Fire Hydrant system
Wall Hydrants and external hydrants are only the visible end of reliable extingushing water supply for manual extingushing action by fire department, operator personnel or building occuppants. They are visible extension of reliable water supply components designed to fit with local conditions, such as pump system, underground pipe work and filling and drainage stations. These components ensure a reliable supply for safe hydrants.
B. Fire Sprinkler system
Sprinkler system detect and report fires and
automatically initiate the extinguishing process with water. In a event of a fire, only the sprinkler located in the immediate proximity of the fire get activated. Immediate extinguishing action using water is taken, while the remaining sprinkler remain closed. A forming agent can be added to the extinguishing water to increase the extingusihng effect.
II. GAS BASED FIRE SYSTEMS
Gas suppression system /clean agent suppress system available are CO2, FM200. The system typically consists of the agent, agent storage containers, agent release valves, fire detectors, fire detection system (wiring control panel, actuation signaling), agent delivery piping, and agent dispersion nozzles. Less typically, the agent may be delivered by means of solid propellant gas generators that produce either inert or chemically active gas.
III. FIRE ALARM & DETECTION SYSTEMS

A. Intelligent Addressable
Intelligent Addressable Systems offer benefits in terms of speed of detection, identification of the location of fire and easier maintenance. These systems also offer high tolerance towards faults in wiring-single pair of wire can be used to connect over 200 devices to single system. This method offers cost saving when large systems are required.
This system works for you round the clock. Various
sensors like detectors, glass break, and door contacts are installed in your premises. These sensors detect any disturbances and send signal to 24 hr control room.
B. Conventional
Conventional Fire Alarm system provide the earliest
practicable fire detection and warning. This system
consist of smoke detectors or heat detectors at strategic locations. The detect smoke or heat at the earliest during any outbreak of fire.
IV. RETICULATED GAS SYSTEMS
It’s a centralized piped gas system (or ‘gas on tap’), which is a way to deliver cooking gas through a network of pipelines that are connected to the main gas cylinder storage system. Each kitchen has its own LPG cylinder, except it’s not tucked away under the kitchen counter top, but sits in a bulk storage area under the residential building or basement, along with its many compatriots.
